The breakfast attendant was fabulous, making sure guests were taken care of and the food was stocked properly.

The 4th floor had issues keeping the room temperature below 70 degrees despite the high outside temperatures.

The hostess the day we checked in was awesome. She went out of her way to help us find locations in the city we needed. She also was the hostess on duty when we checked out and I don't think I ever saw her without a smile on her face. A rarity in this day and time. Thank you, buddy

It's quiet and absolutely great hotel, everything was great. Clean and very pretty rooms come with the cable TV and a large chair, as example. Very-very nice and incredible staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous, at a short distance from Regency Square Mall.

unclear entrance from highway (shared with gas-station exit --> gotta be careful) hotel was a bit noisy, but that was because a huge group of teenagers were staying there at the same time

I have not received my receipt where I stayed the night at the Hampton Inn. I need my receipt so I can be reimbursed by my employer. I have called several times concerning this matter and still have no results. I will not use or recommend your services to anyone. Your services are terrible. All I need is a simple receipt and that can't be provided by you.

The hotel was conveniently located near Regal Cinema and plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Conner, who made our morning breakfast good. Plus, we had a comfortable stay with my cousin and her kids.

My kids wished there were more fun activities for them to enjoy .

Check out at noon. handicap parking on side of building and entrance. Good lighting in parking.

Manager knew nothing about restaurants that deliver or even where they were. Didn't greet guests when they passed desk. We were there 3 days and never got breakfast either because there was no seating or they ran out of food. Not acceptable! Had stayed at Holiday Inn Express previously and much better there at same price.

The rooms were VERY clean,smelled good through out the hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The hampton inn was great. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was amazing. A highlight was the friendly service from rich during breakfast, who made our mornings good. The fitness center was also well-equipped, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day.

SOOO CLEAN, staff very nice and breakfast was very acceptable. Was very very pleased with and would stay again if in the area. Entire property was decorated very nicely.

Small thing that was noticed. While looking up at the ceiling in our room, the ceiling hadn't been painted well AT ALL. So if they paid to have that done it was a total waste of their money. More of a humorous observation.

Staff was excellent and helpful every time

I stayed in the Executive King Room with Sofa Bed, Non-Smoking and it was comfy enough. The strong water pressure in the shower was a real plus, felt refreshing! AC worked okay, but the fridge wasn't keeping my drinks super cold. Just a bit too soft for my taste on the mattress. Cleanliness was solid, though, and I enjoyed the cozy duvet. A decent stay, but the bed could use an upgrade.
